This kit contains cotton thread, 18c black cotton AIDA, needle, and instruction it has been designed

by Barbara Banthien. the size is 5 X 7

I can't find anything that says what type of stitches this pattern has however, all of the Dimensions, Inc. kits I have done have always been full stitch patterns. Hope this helps.

I am working on this kit, albeit slowly but surely. It is all full cross stitches, except some straight or backstitching around the window that the dog is standing in front of. I think there might be one french knot as well on the dogs eye, but I can't remember and can dig out the pattern right this minute.

It does use blended threads (blended by taking a strand from 2 thread colors and then using them together), that can become a bit of a pain to work, but a bit of fray check or something of the like will help sort that out.

I did this picture last year after my dog pasted away i did it as a 8x10 the tread you get in the kit is enough to do it as the 5x7 or 8x10.
