sunshine -- Miss C is ignoring me. Somebody else needs to reinforce what I said. I'm a little concerned that we will hurt her feelings. She is trying to be helpful but instead she is just plain trying.

Miss C spends a lot of time on the chit chat. She may be bored & lonely. we don't know her kids, but I think she should call them and say " Mom's coming for a visit." Babysit. Rearrange the spices. Paint a chair. Loll on the porch all daylight.
