Contact the manufacturer, Tobin. They should have a customer service number listed in your kit for you to call and request one.

ALL of us had that happen to us at one time or another.
Just a friendly suggestion :), make a copy of all your cross Stitch charts, floss/symbol color ‘key’, and instructions that you purchase as a kit or when you purchase a pattern, then put your original pattern(s) with accompanying floss key and instructions away in a safe place so you can make a copy from the original if you lose the copy.
A number of stitchers on this chat, including myself, have our own ‘horror stories’ of loosing chart of instructions due to pets, fire, moving, flooding, etc.
