You can use whatever count you want. What is shown is based on 14 count.

If you are wanting to order the pattern and supplies, you need to contact customer service. This is a chat room and ECS does not conduct business in here because of privacy issues. Phone:(800) 800-8517

If you use the 11 ct., you are going to need a VERY large piece...😊

This is going to be a HUGE project regardless of what count fabric you use. If you insist o using 11 count the finished work will be 28 inches x 20 inches. Add six inches in each direction and you need a piece of fabric that is 34 x 20 inches. The dimensions for other size count are listed under the description. The suggested floss list is based on using 14 count fabric. If you switch to 11 count you will need a lot more floss. Maybe double of some of the colors.

I don't know how long you have been stitching but 11 count is a fairly large count. You could go to 14 or 18 which would def make your project smaller. I , personally, think that you get a more detailed project by stitching with 18. If you go to ECS home page there is a section for fabrics. Go ahead and look at each category and that should tell you the good and the bad elements of stitch count. It really is a personal thing. They also have their 800 number if you need to talk to an employee. This is just a chat room of fellow stitchers. However, these excellent stitchers (men and women) can usually answer on stitching, Good luck. Pam
