Hi ak - I saw where there have been 23 people who viewed this posting but no one answered so I will take a stab. If you bought this from ECS I would either send them an e-mail or call them and ask them to pull the pattern from their inventory and take a look to see if they can give you an answer. Above this chat board there is a Customer Care button that is absolutely the best around. There is a place where you can leave a message and one of the girls (either Kristi or Jennifer) will get back to you very quickly. Be sure to remember they close for the day at 5 so nothing will get answered till morning and they are closed over the w/end. We are a group of stitchers here who if we can offer help we do but this is something for ECS to handle. Hope this works out for you.

The only "served with love" that I see is the tall, oblong on the right...the other left? Major boo-boo if they left that one out. I suggest you call customer service. ECS doesn't handle orders in the chat room because of privacy issues.
