Glad surgery went well so you can get back to sewing soon.

you won' believe the difference when they heal. do what the dr tells you with the eye drops they really do help the healing. I went from wearing coke bottle glasses to just 2.50 readers to sew with. you will need really dark sunglasses the glare will really bother you. I still have to use them even on cloudy days driving.

Congratulations on your Cataract surgery. I had mine on February 28th for the left eye and March 7th for the right. Before surgery I was struggling when stitching on 32 ct linen. Today I am stitching on another ornament and the fabric was cut from the very same piece of linen. i can't believe how easy the stitching is now. I tried reading glasses, however I depend on being able to look at my watch in order to know when it is time to go outside to catch the bus. Reading glasses simply won't do when I am outside and need to look at my watch when I am waiting for the bus. With reading glasses things in the distance look distorted. I found a pair of glasses that I got in 2015 and they work fine. On April 6th I have an appointment at the VA to get a new pair of glasses. I don't need glasses to watch TV anymore. Before I had surgery and took my glasses off to look at the lights outside, the lights looked kind of pretty in tree shapes. Now the lights look that way a little bit with the glasses. on.

Very happy that your surgery went well and you are enjoying the benefits! But "no more frogging" is a whole different kind of miracle! :)
