Since you are only missing one page try contacting the designer. They couldn't possibly think you were trying to rip them off for just one missing page. For future reference ALWAYS make a working copy of your patterns and put the originals in a safe place -- just in case you need it

That is really good advice, Nancy. I always copy my bigger projects now, but never seem to lose track of my little ones.
The last time I went to make copies of a few charts, DH drives (same DH who insisted that I waste $65 andvan hour of my time to go to a driving school only to have the guy tell DH that my driving was beyond very good, actually "excellent").
I have copied a lot in my time and am familiar with these machines. What does he do? He begins shouting directions to me. I was so embarassed because it took half of an hour to go to the car to get rid of Mr. Embarassment at the car.

I scan all my patterns and save as a pdf on the cloud in my 'locker. This way even if you lose both the copy and the original and your computer blows up you still have your cross stitch pattern. That's not much help to you now though is it? I agree if you contact the manufacturer they should be able to send you page 20.Good luck!

Nancye G gave you the best answer to contact the designer. ECS here can not help you since they only sell patterns and kits. The designer should be able to help you. When I do a project unless a very small one I always makes 2 copies of it. One is to mark on as I stitch and the other I tape together and hang on my design wall to keep track of my progress.

Hello,

Since this is an Artecy design, we are able to replace the missing page for you. However, we don't handle order issues via our message boards due to privacy so you would need to contact our Customer Service dept either by phone or email. Just give them your order number for the order that the design was on and they will be able to get a new page out to you. Thank you!
