Memorial Day
Hello Everyone! Kristi from ECS here :) Just wanted to remind you that our offices will be closed on Monday, May 28th in honor of Memorial Day and we will resume normal office hours on Tuesday, the 29th. Emails will still be answered over the weekend and on the holiday but response times my be slower due to our employees enjoying the holiday weekend as well.

We here at ECS hope you have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day weekend. And may we all take some time to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. May they never be forgotten and may we be ever so grateful for them.

Talk to you all on Tuesday!

Thank you to all the servicemen and servicewomen you have given their lives for our country and those that are currently serving in all the different branches of the military.

Oh and if there are some out there that may be interested...
If you get You-Tube, type in the search area, “The Crossing”, a movie on Washington and his troops
and how close the colonies came to losing the fight against the British. It’s not a documentary but it is a pretty good movie starring Jeff Daniels.

We will all try to not get into any trouble during the long weekend. Our home is kinda quiet because DH lost his brother in Vietnam. Our youngest daughter, however, is an official at the Kinetic Sculpture Race, mwhere they race hand made big vehicles with no motors allowed over highway, dirt, sand and water. She loves it.

Happy Memorial Day to all of you. My DS2 is retiring next month after 30 years in the Marine Corps so military is in our family. I lost 4 members of my graduating class in Vietnam so I always think of them on Memorial Day. I will be staying in and sewing and watching military movies on TV this weekend, and remembering all who served.

All of you who have military in your family tell them I said "thanks for your service".

I, too, would add my thanks to those who have served and are serving in the military, and I would like to include their families because they are participants in that service, too! 😊. Be safe, be proud, and share your pride and memories! Bess you all! 😊
