You left your message on the ECS ‘chatboard’, not the Customer Service Dept. The ECS phone number is 1-800-800-8517 or you can go and click on the ‘Customer Care’ title at the top of this page, then tap on the ‘Contact us’ which will give you an e-mail form to let them know of the additional order you have.
