PLS give me more details what items including in "The last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci" cross stitch? Is it included: fabric, threads, needles, instruction.
If you have a picture of the kits, that would be great! Thank you very much

I can't answer your question. However, let me say this - make sure that you have the required amount of fabric. A friend of mine was half finished when she realized that she had measured the fabric incorrectly and would not have enough to complete the project. It was very sad. We spent a couple of hours brainstorming and devicing various ways of joining two pieces of fabric without it being noticeable - without success of course. She finally had to admit defeat and start over.

This is a pattern not a kit. The finished size is 25 inches x 12 inches using 14ct. Aida cloth. Don't forget to add 3 inches on a side when determining the size of fabric you will need. I would use apiece of 14ct. Aida cloth that measures 31 inches x 18 inches at least. You don't want to come up short like Texas Stitcher said. You get the instructions, but you have to buy the fabric and the DMC floss separately since this is not a kit. Hope this helps.

I did a Lord's Supper pattern a few years ago by Leisure Arts. It felt so good when I finished it.

I purchased the patterned only, which is not the kit so it does not have everything included in the purchased. I wished I had purchased the kit. the Aida cloth that I have is 30 x 36, so I know it is big enough.
The question I have is, since I only purchased the pattern, it came in a book form, so the pattern is hard to read. Is there a way to get a easier form of the pattern to make it easier for me to make out where to start, as I don't want to start this project until I find a easier way to start this. This pattern is book form is not a good way to sell any patterns.

Please help me with this as this book form is unacceptable to me on this project. I feel like I paid for something that I will not be able to put together and if I do, it will not look right.

Thank you

srichardson1,

What I do is make copies of original pattern one in color and working copies that are enlarged for stitching. I use a pencil to mark what I've stitched (I have to use pencil cuz I'm constantly redoing sections!)

Hope that helps!

I do the same thing as lpnbarnes does. I make copies on my printer so I have copies to work with and mark up.

I do the same as the other two ladies. I take the book to a print shop and have several copies made (enlarged) because I fold them into halves for easier handling and sometimes it's diffuclt to read along the folds. Trying to stitch from a magazine is difficult much less a book. I don't know what technique the print shop uses but they make perfect copies without breaking the spine of the book. You could remove the pages from the book and make the copies on your printer, that is if you don't mind damaging the book. The print shop that I use is across the street from the X stitch shop, so it works out very well. Of course now, I'm more into ordering - it's so simple. Good luck
