Is this easy to make?
I am expecting my first grandson in October and the baby's room theme is sports. I saw this and was wondering if it is easy to make. Are all the supplies (thread, etc.) included? I have only done printed cross stich and crewel in the past. How difficult is counted cross stich for a novice.

This is a kit from Dimensions Inc. I have done several kits from this company and they are very easy. Just take your time. The floss is included and it is their own brand not DMC but I have always gotten more than enough with my kits. Hope this helps. Happy Stitching.

Yes it is....take your time as you make your initial count of your "squares". You really work off what you stitch. Their directions are easy to follow. I have been doing counted-cross stitch for over 30 years & I just love the satisfaction of a completed project. I am no pro either. Some patterns seem too complicated---after all these years I steer clear of them. This birth sampler I completed for a great-nephew. I enjoyed it because it's so colorful....looks just like the picture when completed. Good luck & have fun!!

To me cross stitch is easy as 123 at least U can see the holes where you put your needle to go throw.

I prefer doing this cross stitch than broidery or crewel.
