Miss Crossstitch 4 1/2 cm per inch is equal to 11 stitches per inch. So I think you are talking about 11ct. Aida cloth. Centimeters and inches are never mixed in measurements. One is metric and one is the English system. This I remember from all my chemistry and physics courses in school. Anytime I have metric measurements I convert them to English system measurements which is what we use here in America most of the time. Hope this helps you out.

The conversion to remember is 2.54 cm equals one inch.

11-ct Aida exists, but is not easy to find in colors. Silkweavers.com will dye 11-ct Aida for you in many shades of blue. A fat quarter is $18.26. Look for the solid colors first, then select the Aida fabric. Scroll down to see color swatches so you know the name to add to the color selection box. Warning: Aida dyes a little lighter than shown.

They don't sell exact cuts, just 1/4, 1/2, or yard. All their fabric is Zweigart.

Jlhewes...I like that site, too, as they have some things that you can't find elsewhere, but found myself back here today, to order a piece of 28 count Jobelan in denim color. Hmmm.
