received wrong thread in kit
this "Rocky Point kit #3895 was supposed to contain 3 different bundles of thread. Bundle #1, tied with a white yarn, bundle #2, tied with a green yarn and bundle #3, tied with a blue yarn.
this kit contained 2 -#1 bundles, 1 -#3 bundle and none of the #2 bundle. So I do not have 15 colors that are needed for this kit.
I hope some one on staff picks up this message. I would appreciate an answer.
Is there some way I can get the colors that are missing?

If it is a kit I would have called the co. which the kit had been made and I had notice that it had been dimensions co. and here is the no. for you to call them 610-939-9900 or 800- 523-8452 Good luck just tell them about the missing floss.

Your kit is made by Dimensions Inc. Just contact their Customer Service Dept. and explain your problem and they should be able to help you. They are pretty good from what I have heard. Their customer service contact information will be on your instruction sheet. I have one of their kits that I am working on now and it says right on it that if you have defective product return for free replacement. Their consumer service website e-mail address is consumer.service@dimensions-crafts.com. Hope this helps.
