This model for this pattern is done on 30 ct. Beige Linen from Weeks Dye Works. The floss used can be either needlepoint Silk or Gentle Arts Simply Wool according to the description I found. The size is 133 x 137 stitches which finishes to 8 7/8 inches x 9 1/4 inches.

Yes you can do it on Aida cloth. Just divide the stitch count by the size of Aida fabric you want to use. For example if you use 14ct. Aida fabric the finished size is 9 1/2 inches x 9 3/4 inches. Hope this helps.
