telephone no. so call them and give your card no. so your name and your address and what you want if you want just to buy the pattern or the floss with it. It would be good for you to buy everything beside the pattern it will be all shipped to you all at once and it will be at your door in a few days. And you can start from then. Send an e-mail to Customer Service and tell them that you want to order the floss for the project. If you ask them to add the floss list to the page that you order your project from Troy will add them. When you order then all you have to do is order the colors you need, You can also get the fabric you want also at the same time. You do NOT have to call them. It is so easy to set up an account here and order online. I do it all the time. You only have to set up your account once and you can order any time you want. It is so fast and easy. You just need a password to set up an account.
