It is a STAMPED quilt and when you tap on the picture it shows the different skeins of thread you would need for it, so it seems you would have to buy the floss separately, that the floss doesn't come with the quilt. You might want to ask the shipping price question and if it is already a quilt here on the "Customer Service" section of Everything CrossStitch. You can buy the floss colors you need just by putting a check mark next to the floss colors in the supplies box that pops up when you click on the quilt picture. Hope this helps!

This is just a quilt top. You have to purchase the backing fabric, batting, hoop to use to stitch, needle and floss. It takes 27 skeins of DMC floss to stitch the top and they are listed on the page here with the description. Will be very pretty. As far as the shipping costs you can contact the Customer Service Dept. here by phone or E-mail. The delivery service is very good here as far as getting your order. Hope this helps.

What I have also done is go through the process of ordering and you will find out the shipping, handling, and taxes on the order. Before you hit the place order button you can cancel if you decide it is too much. I did that a couple of times.
