I was looking at some of the Halloween cross stitch patterns, my question is when you order a pattern is it mailed to you or is it where you download on your computer??? Hope this make sense what I am asking.

All patterns are mailed to you in hard copy. They do not do PDF downloads here. All you have to do is set up an account with a password and you can order. They are very good about getting orders out in a timely manner.
