The information on individual birds is not given. You can stitch them on any size fabric you want. You can design your own project using as many of the birds as you want. The floss used is DMC.

Of course you can select the birds you like and create your own design. Good luck.

syagel, can't find the topic but yes I was only joking about senior living. I would prefer to stay in my home too but if and when it becomes necessary then I guess I'll do what has to be done. Hopefully, it'll be a while yet. We can meet out in the free world for a long weekend or whatever in a centrally located spot.

I often take a part of a pattern an use it on a different size to make something unique. I am especially fond of bird patterns as they are generally easy to chose 1 or more whole birds and rearrange them to make for example a towel border. Don't be afraid to experiment and have fun.

Hey TXS: I've been telling my children since they were young teenagers that I'm going to live forever so I can give them as much hell as they gave to me. When I get old, I will come and live with them.

Of course, between us "Mothers", they never really gave me that much hell and tell them that everyday.

But I too will do what I gotta do, but hopefully I can live in my own home to the end.

Tex and jclifford...my aunt who worked full time into her late seventies managed to stay in her home until she passed! We can do it. I will scream and shout if they "put" me elsewhere!

Let's not worry about it. There is too much to worry about already. I'd prefer to stay in my home but only as long as I can manage. I pray that I won't have to live with any of my kids. That would be the ultimate nightmare. It's not my kids, it's ................. you get my drift. :(

I'll do like my mother does all of us, she lays a guilt trip on us "Just put me in a home somewhere, I don't want to be a burden on anyone of you, I'll be ok". Ugh. We do learn from the best, don't we? Teach it too! Hahaha.

I really don't care as long as I have my cross stitching!

"Just put me in a pricey condo with maids daily and a dining room with waiters and a maitre d' and I will tell eveyone you put me in a home..." My mom!!!
