No it's just a pattern. You will have to buy the fabric and floss separately. It calls for 14 count Aida which will be 350 x 437 Stitches Project Size: 25" W X 31 1/8" H

On second thought, two nieces in Abq. have horses.. guess I will be making 2 "wild horses"...lol
