Add on
What exactly is the $20 charm add on for this item? For those items not listing additional add on (thread etc) is there a list of colors to buy at another location when the pattern is received?

Thank you.

Hi there.

You can go to etsy to buy different kind of charms and button in pastic or wood or rickracks for less price than the $20.00.

If you do a search, "charms"....4th row down, on the end....looks like several metallic charms, numerous buttons (upwards of 12), braid, and beads (colors and wooden, I think). At least you know WHAT you're looking for....

Lula's stocking is stitched on 18 count Natural linen with Pearl Cotton #5 from Weeks Dye Works. The colours are 1 skein each of Caper, Light Khaki, Purple Haze, Whiskey, Red Pear, Black Coffee and Mossy, 2 skeins of Lancaster Red and 3 skeins of Guacamole. The charm pack contains several different buttons and charms...maybe 10?

Its actually a fairly large packet of charms, and beads of high quality from Shepard's Bush.(totally worth it) I am working on the Peter stocking for my son right now....and have completed the Christian stocking in past. They are gorgeous by the way. Heirloom stuff!

Hello,

We do not have the supplies listed for this specific pattern because it uses DMC Pearl Cotton Size 5 floss and Weeks Dye Works Pearl Cotton #5 and we do not have those available for our customers to purchase on our website. We didn't want to just list a few pieces of floss for this pattern, such as the Weeks Dye Works we do sell, because we didn't want our customers to think that is all they needed for this specific pattern. We just have the charm packet listed because it's something we do have available for our customers and it could be a little harder to find than the flosses that are needed for the project. I hope that makes sense? The charm packet is pretty big and is full of beads and charms needed for the stocking.
