chart numbers and symbols
My pattern for this cross stitch calls for #958 and shows a red color...958 is Seagreen...is there some way that you can check another pattern and see if mine is wrong...it is the color around the sunflower..thanks.

Take a look at the chart for the 958 symbol. Is it the green plate? Or, the red flowers? Leaflets often have typos. ECS has it on the supply list as a sea green. All leaflets should be the same. Designers sometimes correct errors on their website , or have a contact email.

The symbol is neither the green plate or a flower...look at the chart and see what you think, it looks red on the picture of the pattern that I am doing.

There's no correction on the Kooler Design Studio website, but there is a Contact Us link.

Hello,

If you could contact us via email about this, we can work on getting this fixed for you. I checked the pattern we have here on file and everything matches up correctly so I am not sure why you have something different? Here is the link to the Contact Us page on the website: http://www.everythingcrossstitch.com/contact-us-mrt-t52.aspx if you could email us the differences you have, we can work on getting them fixed for you. Thanks so much!!

Don't worry we have all read a symbol wrong sometime in our stitching. Keep up the good work. The project is very pretty.

No worries!! Glad you got it all straightened out :) Those little symbols can be tricky sometimes! Happy stitching!
