I have a pattern that is done in all cotton DMC floss. I want to do it in satin. Any ideas how I can do that?
I printed a conversion chart but not all cotton floss has a satin alternative.

There a lot fewer colors in the satin (rayon). You'll need to choose, or look for a pattern done for the rayons. Only a few companies make it, but if you search the net, you'll find some floss for Brazilian embroidery that'usually rayon.

Why dont U try a small piece and see how it looks to you..? Try it you may like it.

Thank for the advice. I'm just getting bored with the cotton floss.. I want to spice up my picture. In looking through my floss, I see that the Satin (colors S211-S5200) don't look that much different than the Rayon (30211-35200).
I just need to figure out how to convert the cotton colors to Rayon.. I think I need to just lay out the cotton and find the Rayon that comes close.
