I am not familiar with the specific pattern you are looking for but would suggest you look at Prairie Schooler designs. They have many patterns for specific months and/or seasons of the year. I like to do some of the smaller ones on perforated paper and either frame or finish them by mounting on felt or fabric covered mat board. I've also stitched them on fabric (16 or 18 count ) and made small ornamental "pillows" with a ribbon hanger. Made a set of these for my sister who keeps them at her job and changes them each month.

There were at least two or three leaflets some years back that had all twelve months in one leaflet. Don't know if they are still in print but I still have my originals. Would be happy to look up the names and numbers for you if you were interested. Let me know.
