I do NOT know if this has more than one design to it. The Sue Hillis Design of this chart I found elsewhere on the web, just shows the chart you showed on the message board. You might want to ask Kristi of customer service on this website. I think the chart also includes a key and lamp charm (another question to ask Kristi).
The saying on the chart is, "To believe in yourself and in what you can do is to take the first step on the road to success". The chart has room for graduate's name and school. The stitch count is 84 wide x 120 high and was done on 28-count Cream Cashel linen using DMC floss.
Sue Hillis who created this "graduate" design did at least a couple of other designs for graduation you might want to look at.

I don't think there is an actual collection to go along with this pattern? When I went to the Sue Hillis website, this is the only pattern that came up for a graduation theme so I am not really sure why the pattern leaflet has that heading on it? Maybe that's something that the designer wanted....I am not sure? The charms do come with the pattern as well :) Thank you!

These are on Sue's web-under Collections. They are called the Charming Collection. There are a lot of them....80??

They were all charts that came with charts or buttons and fit into a standard 8 x 10" frame.
