96w x 145h stitch count divided by 14 = 6.85" x 10.35"

It looks nice on 18 ct linen. I lost count of how many I stitched. I am still working on this pattern. It'll be the last one. I am sick of stitching with 4 strands of floss. They are all nice motifs. I've done them all, I guess that's why I'm burned out. They make nice gifts.

I need the finished stocking to be around 15x7.5but maybe I could add some extra border-type motifs at the bottom. I don't "get" the math in the first answer.

Heh! Cut math class that day, eh? The stitch count is the design size. To get the finished size on your fabric, you have to divide the width & height numbers by your fabric. Dividing the stitch count numbers each by 14 gives you the dimensions on 14 count Aida cloth. If you were using linen or evenweave 28 count, you would still divide by 14 because these fabrics stitch over 2 threads, unlike Aida.
