depending on space left, maybe weight can be added under carriage wheels, or possibly in right turned up corner of the scroll.. I have added to mine in the past..

It could easily be modified by lengthening the boarder then you would have space above the carriage or below the wheels as dbye has mentioned but since this is a kit you'd have to be very careful since you have finite materials available.

Okay, I looked at it again. I would stitch the lettering for the birthdate smaller and place the weight underneath it. Eliminate some of the beads and you'll have space. Chart it out on paper first.

If you wanted you could add the weight in the bottom part of the scroll in a smaller font. I think the right side of the scroll is large enough to do it. Very cute kit. Since it is a kit you have to be careful when making large changes.

second thought;
move the birthdate over to the left & put it all on one line..
use smaller font if necessary..
than add additional info under the date..
