Immediately below each item in your wish list is a button that says "Move to shopping cart". That should do it!

You want it to go from your "BUYING" basket to your "Wishlist"?? I've never done it that way (which doesn't mean it can't be done).
I've always put items I'm interested in buying in my Wishlist FIRST, (wishlist at top of screen next to shopping cart); then in the Wishlist, hit the "Buy" button next to the merchandise I want to buy.
