dbye468, I try as much as possible to buy supplies from Everything Cross Stitch just because I appreciate their willingness to let us have all of this fun! Having said that, if you need a fabric that they do not carry, there is another source: 123stitch.com. If you go to their home page, simply enter the name of the fabric you are looking for. This is a huge website. You not only can get the fabric...it comes in various sizes....tons of colors, etc. I just saw the Queen Lace fabric yesterday!
I recently order a piece of 32 count, 18" x 27" Silver Moon Belfast linen from them. It is beautiful. Also, These fabrics come with ALL sides sewn with what appears to be a "hem" stitch!! That will surely help folks who do not have a sewing machine! I will use it to make "Nantucket Rose" by Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum.
P.S. Another thing I like is...There will be bright red stars next to particular fabrics people like. You can read the customer reviews. I especially enjoy those. Although I haven't done many samplers, there are certain reviews where people discuss the "ease" of using the fabric and that the colors are perfect for samplers! Also, there are comments on the new Aida clothes coming out that have a "sparkle" to them. Hope this will help someone.
