Can this be done?
I purchased this PTP design not realizing it wasn't cross stitch. but I figure I can stitch this on 25 ct and will need a piece for the design of 16 x23 for 2 over 1. I just wanted to know if the design can be worked as cross stitch. will it look like the cross stitch pattern? I think it will but I am just making sure since I don't want to do half the project and realize it doesn't look right? LOL

Heaven and Earth very popular. Quite a few people (women and men) have stitched more than one of their patterns. I have only heard good things about them. I believe that they only use whole stitches on their patterns. Your fabric will be 100% stitched. If you are confident in your skill level I am positive that you will be happy with the results>

You need to check the chit chat tab on the product page for this pattern. There is a rather lengthy chat about there being 2 charts, one is petit point and the other is x-stitch. Lots of good info....

These are gorgeous patterns, the Heaven and Earth ones. I have to ask one more time, though...do people really work over one thread on 25-count? I can't imagine being able to do that! One more of the joys of getting old, I guess. Good luck, s1fuss. Let us know how it goes!

I will keep you all up to date on my progress once I start. I am just waiting for another to confirm my numbers....then I will be starting. I am excited to start this long term project. I am sure it will take quite a while to do all those tiny stitches and am glad my magnifier is handy!!

Yes, what do you mean by PTP?
My understanding is that PTP means "Picture This Plus" which is a fabric website.

PTP Bouquet was the description of the pattern by HAED. I thought it meant something special. The pattern is described as being from HAED.

Yes, there is a web site PTP -- Picture this Plus

PTP also stands for Precision Time Protocal -- a system that synchronizes computer time clocks.
