Fold out patterns and making a copy....
Somewhere on one the chats I mentioned that I could not make copies on my small printer of "Fishing Boats" by Boyd Designs. The pattern is the type you need to unfold it, like you do with a Lavender and Lace pattern you have to unfold. The pattern size is 20 1/2 inches wide x 13 1/4 inches high.
I took the pattern to Office Max yesterday to have them make a bigger ONE piece copy (to save the folding/unfolding damage that can be done to the "original". I was told by the printing employee at Office Max that they did NOT have a copier big enough to make me a print. I was really surprised! But the employee was kind enough to inform me that a "Kinkos" has a large enough copier and he was correct. I got my copies from there...
Just thought that I would let you all out there know that you might want to call your neighborhood Office Max store to check beforehand it they are capable of creating a copy of a large size pattern; to help you save on gas and save a trip. It only cost me about $1.30 for a copy at Kinkos.
