You will need to contact our customer service either by phone or by email in regards to your order. They will need some more information from you such as your name and your order number. They will be able to assist you in getting any information about your order :) Thank you!

Under the Customer Service tab there is a drop down menu and Order Status/History is one of the options. Look there and you should be able to find out if your order has been processed. It's very handy!
