Hello,

Yes, it's an actual booklet of the pattern that you see in the framed model on the front of the booklet. It's size in stitches in 169w x 60h. Thank you :)

Like Kristi said. It is a booklet of just the one pattern that you see in the picture. Very pretty pattern.
