After an order is placed, it can go out between 1-3 business days because it depends on the day that the order was placed. How long it takes to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at the time of checkout. Standard US Mail can take anywhere between 7-10 business days, Postal Priority Mail can take 2-3 business days and UPS can take anywhere between 1-5 days depending on your location. Over 2 weeks, if my order is representative. I ordered linen on March 24, it wasnt shipped till April 4 and the expected delivery date is a WEEK later, April 12. I could have woven flax in less time.

Every order I have had never took more than a week to get to me usually less. Of course I live in Ohio and ECS is in Dayton so that makes it nice and easy for me.

I live in Ontario, Canada and it always takes at least 2 weeks from the time it is shipped.

It also depends on what you order. I have had 2 orders that took over 3 weeks because the supplier was slow. Both times I sent a message to ECS, asking about the delay, and got a prompt response. So, if you order a pattern or kit from a supplier who delays shipment to ECS, your order will take longer.

I ordered a Jack Dempsey cross stitch and it took less than a week to receive.
