Marlene, Absolutely! I think this is a fine specimen of a Great White. Make sure you have enough white to complete all of the teeth. Doesn't look to me like he has had any dental problems!! LOL

(50 DMC colors - he should turn out quite nice!)

He might not have dental problems but I will bet that his breath isn't very fresh.

I'll be that is what Mary Lee looks like coming up out of the water and "pinging" her way up and down the eastern seaboard.
I agree her breath probably smells pretty fishy....but I'll bet she has great cardiac health.....low fat, low cholesterol...

The Atlantic City Press had another article today about MERRY LEE. It included a picture of when they tagged her in 2012. I also found out when I went to OCEARCH.ORG this morning that the founder named Merry Lee after his mother (who is still living). He said he was waiting for a very special, extraordinary shark and that this was the one. His mother considers it an honor and follows her movements over the internet!

Out of curiosity, if you make this, where would you hang it in your house?

Burmuda!!! That's awesome!! LOL!! I was thinking of hanging it right by the front door so it's the very FIRST thing ppl see when they come over!! But, I like the BThrm idea!

Marlene!! Your idea of hanging this picture near the front door is not as "way out there" as you think! I have seen unbelievable pictures at the Jersey Shore both in Restaurants, businesses, homes, etc. When you live at the water's edge it is a w-h-o-l-e nother world!! Several years ago we attended the Atlantic City Boat Show. We put our name in a drawing for a Guy Harvey signed color print of a King Mackerel called "Smokin". We won it. When the marina called us, my husband thought it was just a ploy to get us back down there to buy a boat! It is spectacular, but large. I have had it in a hallway since then. I have nowhere else to put it!! Definitely wouldn't fit near my front door! Never thought about over the bath tub. It is covered in glass! LOL!!
