The kit for this project includes 14ct fabric, Anchor Floss, 1 color chart, and 1 needle. I don't know the quality of this kit though because I have never purchased anything done by Riolis. Hope this helps a little. The few times that I have purchased a kit I have converted the floss to DMC. Don't know the quality of the Anchor floss. Perhaps someone else who has used it can tell you about it.
