Wichelt is a really nice type of fabric. It's softer and is a higher quality of fabric and that's why it's a little more expensive. Charles Craft is still very good and I know a lot of people who use that to stitch on, but it's a one sized, packaged piece of fabric. I hope this helps. Thank you :)
