I doubt if you will ever find a ready made pattern like that.

Okay -- this is for a gift. Do you have a size in mind? Type of fabric? Other design or embellishment you want to include.

There are lots of alphabets on-line. Probably lots of borders, although I have never checked.

Do you want it bright and bold? Pastel? Abstract? Plain? Simple frame border? Half inch border? One inch border.

Get some graph paper and chart some of your ideas. It will come to you.

Make some copies of your border, cut out the center, put your graph paper under it, chart a few different alphabet styles....Bob's your uncle. :)

You can't go wrong following Nancy's advice--by charting those different alphabets, you'll find a set that will compliment each other. :)
