You can reach customer service by looking at the menu bar under the Everything Cross Stitch logo at the top.

They are probably closed for the week-end

Don't worry. If you don't have your order number do you have a receipt.

I am sure that this will work out to your satisfaction.

Click on Customer Service on the top File Menu. Then ckick Order History. It should show if your order made it through the process, plus it's current status. Hope this helps!
