I went through my stash and I have this pattern. On the pattern it lists the DMC colors that you could use:
#367, #309, #932, #221, #3790, #3362, #368, #3865, #413, #730, #781.
It also comes with 3 little white buttons to sew on. Happy xstitching.

The floss that is listed for this pattern on the website is Weeks Dye Works. The actual pattern leaflets usually have the conversions to DMC but not all of the time?! Someone was kind of enough to post the conversions for you in the above post so, thank you for that maubennett :) We do not have any conversion charts available on our website but there are a bunch out there if you use google. I hope this info has helped. Thank you!
