Hi I am getting ready to stitch on 32ct linen Some people say I should use a hoop instead of a frame I heard or read some place that you don't need either Also I was told that I should make each stitch instead of a row of haft stitches and then return with the top thread What should I do? peggy

Yes, you can use a hoop, scroll frame, or stitch in hand. I would not suggest stretcher bars. Stitching rows of half stitches, or single complete stitches, depends on the design & floss. If you've got stitches of a certain color here & there, do individual stitches. If you're using overdyed floss, do single stitches. A patch of one color, go for the Danish (////// then \\\\\)
