Was looking for something 'western' to make Christmas ornaments and this turned out to be just what I needed. I adapted it with some Christmas stitchery and it turned out pretty cute if I say so myself! !! I'm making them for my sister-in-law to give to the 'kids' in her life and she was much pleased with what I came up with - adding each child's name and year completes the look.
