Tropical Christmas
I completed this piece and it looks great however I used pink sand with coral flecks where the pattern called for beige, it is framed in red with a white mat. I know it is not Christmas, but I have it hanging. Beautiful!!

Oh! My parents live in Brownsville, TX, and would love something like this!

I love it! My dream is to spend the holidays on the beach catching some rays, cross stiching and reading .

We spend a week of our winter on the beach. It's usually a little chilly, so no beach stitching. It might get dirty anyway.

I wouldn't, suggest stitching on the beach, relaxing and reading yes, but enjoying it anyway. Our beaches actually have pale pink sand with coral flecks.

Love the beach but can't imagine stitching there. I'd have sand everywhere. Not to mention perspiring hands.
