First of all you can give it to a frame shop. Second you can do it yourself by purchasing the frame and insert
the cross stitch in it. If you go to youtube.com they will explain to you what you have to do about framing.

Not sure how this would look, but for a mat I'd use the yellow of the Stars & moon then frame in a black frame. Thinking that would pull the color of stars out a little? Idk, I'm not very good at stuff like that, but it's an idea.
