I had some kits by Dimensions that were sewn on fabric that had a design printed on it. I'm going to guess that the ferns are printed on the fabric, and the butterflies are all counted cross stitching.

This is a kit and that word means it is a package has everything to do with finishing the design of the cross stitch. It has the floss, the material, Instruction and needle and sometimes you can get buttons or beads to add them to the cross stitch picture that you had requested. Have fun

The description for this product states that the fabric has a subtle print with the leaf background and then half cross stitches are used to accentuate them. The rest of the design is counted cross stitched. Thank you :)
