Cross Stitch Needles
Interested to know what kind of needles others use for cross stitching. I find regular embroidery needles are too short for me to handle. I have arthritis and need a longer needle. Beading needles are perfect, they are long and thin, the only problem is the eye is so small it's hard to get floss thru them. Any ideas?

There is all sort of gadget for threading the needle. Just look for them and see what you like to help you do your work by threading them. Good luck

I love using the Bohin needles! They are very smooth and the needle eye areas don't bend or break as often as other cross stitch needles I use (which are usually the sizes 26 and 28).

For beading needles, a wire threader with the diamond shaped wire. Wouldn't think the needle eye would take more than 2 strands, however.
