Yes, it is. If you run short, contact Demensions for more floss. It's stitched on navy blue 18 ct Aida.

Yes, this kit will include the thread, the needle, and the fabric as well as the pattern and instructions. This should be listed in the Description box right underneath of the product on the website :) Thank you!
