Hello,
Welcome to our website and to our chat boards :) Hopefully, I can answer your question thoroughly. The price that is listed next to the pattern is the price for the actual pattern. It should state that it's just a "Cross Stitch Pattern" right above the price in the Pattern Category heading. That's how you know if the design is just an actual counted cross stitch pattern or a manufactured kit.
Some of our patterns will have the supplies listed for them. So, if you choose, you can purchase the pattern, the floss and the fabric all at the same time. The supplies will be listed right underneath of the pattern and then the fabric will be listed to the right of that. If the fabric is not listed there, then that usually means that the design calls for a fabric that we unfortunately do not have available on our website. The supply list will indicate how many skeins of floss of you will need for the design as well. To the right of the color/number, you will see a 1 and that means you need 1 skein of floss of that specific color. Sometimes that number will be different depending on the design, but majority of the time it's usually a 1.
I hope this helps answer your questions?! Please don't hesitate to ask any further questions on here! This board is full of information and everyone is very friendly :)
