WELCOME
I would like to say WELCOME to new employee ,Stephanie. I am sure that bagging and sorting of all the supplies is going to be a challenging job. Hope you won't be too tempted to spend your earnings on floss.

ECS Any chance we could see pictures of your warehouse area?

Welcome Stephanie - it is good to have you on board.
ECS I second Nancye's request that maybe we could see your warehouse and where you all work. Also a nice picture of all of you would be nice so we could put a face to the people we are talking with. Thanks for listening.

Welcome Stephanie of ECS!
Yes, your job is going to be a challenge but I'll bet you will do a lot of "oooowwws" and "ahhhs" working with all the colors of flosses, the beautiful patterns and fabrics.

You ladies are very sweet!! Stephanie has been an awesome addition to the ECS family and it's so great that you all are so very welcoming :) I brought the picture idea up to the powers that be and it looks like that will be happening sometime this week! So stay tuned and we will get one posted for you all :)

Welcome Stephanie. My entire salary would go towards purchases. Let's hope that ECS offers a huge employee discount!

Mrs Nancy

I had seen Mr. Troy with his daughter on facebook. If you know the full name of the person you could see him or her on facebook.

Well, if Miss Stephanie is into needlework, this might just be the "wrong" place to work! OMG...I'd be broke every week! It'd be like plopping me in the middle of Nordic Needle! Disaster in the making!!!! (I do everything!) I'm an equal opportunity spender, however, trying to give precedence to my LNS when I can, but LOVE it when ECS can get me just the exact thing I want within a week. Stephanie... welcome to our mess! (I don't know how to spell "meshuga").

Hi and welcome Stephanie. They say your an avid stitcher and like the others here, I don't know how I would survive working at Everything. My dh would wonder why I was coming home with no paycheck and an IOU after working all week!! I look forward to the ECS family picture, so I can connect the voices with the faces!

Hello ladies...... This is Stephanie and I apologize that this has taken me so long. My daughter married her sweetheart on the 16th and my hand have been full and free time was non-existant. I'm happy to say that I finally had the chance to.sit down and stitch today. I started the Irish Wedding Prayer for my daughter and son in law. To answer the questions of temptation..... I promised my husband that I'd quit if I ever owed more than I made, good thing that I also work at a local hospital, lol, and I've been stitching for 25 years a have boxes of floss and assessories. Although, I LOVE seeing all the pattern that come through my floss room. Sometimes I'll look at all the floss colors and wonder " I wonderful what beautiful piece she's going to make with these". Its been a pleasure, hope to speak with all of you agsin soon.

STEPHANIE -- I woke up a little crabby this morning. I read the first few words of your post and had to smile. You thanked all of us "ladies" for welcoming you. As you should be aware of by now, especially since your job involves preparing orders for shipping, THERE ARE SOME MALE STITCHERS HERE!!! Adam and Bruce come to mind immediately but I know there are a few more.

Thanks for giving me a giggle.

By the way does your new male employee stitch?

Hi Stephanie,
Good to hear from you! It's nice of you to give us a bit of background on yourself and what's been keeping you busy. :) We all have "the busy's" somewhere in our lives. I've found out since complete and total retirement that I am just as busy as to when I was working outside the home. Our children seem to take some comfort from this knowledge versus the "old Dad and Mom sitting in their rockers" mentality.
I could see where you might wonder looking at the patterns and kits and especially floss being shipped out, what all of us stitchers, Gals and Guys (I think David joined into our chat this past week), are doing with the beautiful flosses! :)
