These are not precut stockings. The kit comes with one piece of fabric and instructions on how to stitch the designs and then cut the stockings out and finish them :) Thank you!

Hi there.

It is up to you to do what you like with them when you purchase the kit. The kit has a pattern of 30 tiny stockings Ornaments by Bucilla and 14 count Aida cloth plus felt for the backing One stocking is 2.3/4 x 3 inches You will get the instruction sheet in the package that contain all the above plus a needle and floss plus the Aida cloth . You can making the kit as you see on the pattern and hang it on the wall or you can cut them after you do the cross stitching that you had chosen to do as one of them then add the felt by sewing them after you finish them to the Aida fabric then cut them. Then add them to your tree. Enjoy.

kate, I would do the stockings. The motif is in that shape and I can't imagine that it would look good as a wall hanging. You'd have that big empty space above the toe. Stockings are easy to do and according to Kristi's post I believe that the instructions for finishing are provided.
