Running out of floss
This is a beautiful embroidery and I love how the floss is already organised on a colour coded chart. BUT having finished three quarters of the work I have run out of 3 colours all of which are needed to complete the work. I have even been keeping and using all bits and pieces of floss, so I have not wasted any.

Just as easy to convert Dimensions floss to DMC and or Anchor to get locally. I live in New Zealand so that is probably the best option.

Hello,
Dimensions uses their own brand of floss for their kits. They will be able to replace any that you need for their products and I am sure they will be able to give you a conversion if you wanted to convert their floss to a DMC or Anchor brand. Since they manufacture their own kind of floss for their kits, I do not know the conversions and we do not carry any of the replacement thread :( Here is the link to their website so you can contact them and get what you need: http://www.eksuccessbrands.com/dimensionsneedleworks/

Check out cyberstitchers.com. They have conversions for Dimension thread to DMC. You will find other conversions also.

Today I had a look at Anchor and DMC floss. I have been able to match two of the colours with DMC but not the green which is used for the back ground. I've just sent an email of to the distributors, so hopefully I'll get a positive reply.

Embroidery all finished and framed. It looks stunning - I'm really pleased - wish I could upload a photo - but I can't work out how to do it. Suggestions most welcome. !
